If buildings were people, then our Manor House would be the Grand Old Dame of Spier. And our lovingly restored historical landmark is available for your exclusive use.

From grass-fed beef to exquisite seasonal vegetables, the ingredients we use are sourced from Spier’s pastures and gardens. Fermentation (resulting in kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha and other fermented deliciousness) and nose-to-tail use of meat both reduces waste and ensures a broad and exciting spectrum of flavour and texture.

Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering with friends and family or a dynamic brainstorming session with your colleagues, this unique venue offers everything you need. View our meeting information here or click here for information on our private events.
